Like a real ultrasound, this visit will tell you the number of babies to expect and their gender. Littlemssam’s mod unlocks a Gynecologist that your pregnant Sims can visit during their 2 nd or 3 rd trimester for an Ultrasound Examination. I happen to prefer the latter over the former, but even I found this mod cute and creative. Simmers who enjoy a very family-oriented style of play (as opposed to the “forever Young Adults living their best lives” style) will probably love this mod.
